How Does The Process Work?

Book Your Slot
Reserve your recording time through our online calendar before slots fill up. Choose from three layout options: Solo (single mic setup), Lounge (casual interview style), or Roundtable (multi-guest format). Once booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation and prep checklist.

Prepare Your Content
Come ready. Whether you’re podcasting, recording ads, or filming a YouTube episode, outline your talking points and gather any visuals or props you plan to use. Need help? Ask us about our content planning session add-on.

Show Up Early
Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time. Our team will have your selected setup ready and assist with final sound and lighting adjustments.

Record With Confidence
Focus on your message—we’ll handle the rest. Our studio assistant will monitor recording levels, camera framing, and audio clarity throughout your session.

Review & Wrap
After your session, we’ll review the footage and audio with you briefly to ensure everything recorded properly. If you added post-production services, our team will begin editing based on your selected package.

Receive Your Files
Depending on your selections, raw files or edited final content will be delivered within 48–72 hours via a secure download link. Rush turnaround available upon request.
