How Does The Process Work?

Book Your Slot
Choose Audio-Only Studio Rental, the All-Inclusive Recording Session or Office Space Rental, then submit your preferred date and time. Public and non-member requests are reviewed before confirmation; active members can use the member-priority booking option for immediate confirmation.

Prepare Your Content
Come prepared with your outline, guests and any visuals, props or brand assets you plan to use. Confirm which service you selected so you know whether your session is self-directed or includes studio assistance.

Show Up Early
Arrive 10–15 minutes before your confirmed start time. All-inclusive sessions include studio assistance with setup and operation. Audio-only sessions are self-directed, so arrive ready to operate the equipment and manage your recording.

Record With Confidence
With an all-inclusive session, studio assistance covers audio setup and operation, camera framing and lighting. With an audio-only session, you control the recording using the available studio equipment.

Review & Wrap
Before the session ends, confirm that your recording has been captured and saved. All-inclusive sessions include delivery of raw files. Editing is included only with qualifying memberships or when scoped separately.

Receive Your Files
Delivery depends on the service or membership you selected. If the studio is delivering files or edits, the expected format and turnaround will be confirmed with your booking.

Promote Your Episode
Publish your recording, share it with your audience and return when you’re ready to create again. Memberships are available for creators who want priority booking and a more consistent production schedule.
